Terms of service
Orders & Pricing
A deposit of IDR 500,000 is required to secure the quoted price for any made-to-measure or bespoke garment. This deposit forms part of the total garment price and will be deducted from the final amount payable.
The deposit is non-refundable and confirms the client's intent to proceed with the order.
Payment Terms
Production will commence only after an initial payment of 50% of the total garment value has been received, inclusive of the initial deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid after final fitting and before garment collection.
Garments will not be released until full payment has been completed.
Production Process
Once the initial payment has been received, the garment will proceed through the following stages:
• Pattern drafting and cutting
• Construction
• Fitting appointment(s)
• Final finishing
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability, fitting requirements, and client responsiveness.
Fabric & Colour Selection
All fabric and colour selections must be made in person at our studio.
Digital images, online references, or photographs are provided for reference only and may differ in colour, texture, or appearance due to lighting conditions and screen variations. Final responsibility for fabric and colour selection rests with the client upon in-person approval.
Fabric availability is subject to supplier stock at the time of order confirmation.
Fabric Unavailability
If a selected fabric becomes unavailable prior to the commencement of production, Stevano Brill will make reasonable efforts to propose suitable alternative fabrics.
Should the client choose not to proceed with any alternative options, the production payment may be refunded. The initial deposit, which forms part of the total garment price, remains non-refundable.
Alterations & Fit Adjustments
Each made-to-measure and bespoke garment includes alteration adjustments of up to 10 cm, either to increase or reduce the garment size, provided these adjustments remain within the original design and construction limitations.
Alterations exceeding this range, or requests involving design changes after production has commenced, may incur additional charges or may not be feasible.
Limited Completed Garments
A small selection of completed garments may be available for immediate purchase. These garments are produced in limited quantities and sold as-is.
Alteration policies for completed garments may differ from made-to-measure or bespoke orders and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a client chooses not to proceed with an order after paying the initial deposit but before production has commenced, the deposit remains non-refundable, even though it forms part of the total garment price.
Once production has commenced, all payments made are non-refundable, as each garment is produced according to the client's specific measurements, fabric selection, and design requirements.
Store Credit
If a client chooses not to proceed with an order after paying the initial deposit and before production has commenced, the deposit may, at the company's discretion, be retained as a store credit.
Such store credit:
• Is valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original payment date
• May be applied toward future made-to-measure or bespoke services
• Is subject to current pricing, fabric availability, and applicable terms at the time the new order is confirmed
Unused store credit will expire after the validity period.
Garment Collection & Storage
Clients are responsible for collecting completed garments within 180 days from the date of final notification of completion.
The company cannot be held liable for the condition, storage, or availability of garments that remain uncollected beyond this period. After 180 days, the company reserves the right to dispose of, donate, or otherwise handle uncollected garments at its discretion, without further obligation or liability.
Liability & Craftsmanship
Due to the handcrafted nature of made-to-measure and bespoke tailoring, minor variations in measurements, stitching, or fabric appearance are considered part of the artisanal process and do not constitute defects.
Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
Governing Law
By confirming an order, making payment, or proceeding with any service clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
